摘要
郑优5号是郑州市农科所选育的半冬性、矮杆、早熟、优质面包小麦新品系。现介绍该品系1996-1998年两个种植年度的品质分析结果:千粒重41.6g,容重 798.5g/l,实验制粉出粉率76.9%(比大面积种植品种高5.2-7.8个百分点),籽粒蛋白质含量15.98%(干基),沉降值49.4ml,粉质试验吸水率64.4%,形成时间8.0min,稳定时间9.3min,评价值69.5,拉伸试验最大阻力600E.U,延伸性18.0cm,粉力140.8cm^2。面包烘焙试验:体积860ml(100g面粉),比容5.8ml/g,评分93.5分。该品系作为优质面包小麦品种,具有推广应用前景。
Zhengyou-5,bred in ZhengZhou Agriculture and Forestry Scientific Research Institute,was a new bread-making wheat variety with the characteristics of half-winterness,short stem and early ripen. The quality analysis results of the flour planted during 1996 to 1998 were reported.This variety is very suitable for breadmaking.
