摘要
目的探讨反复超声检查在婴儿发育性髋关节异常早期诊断中的意义。方法采用高频5.0-7.5 MHz线阵探头,按Graf方法,对3 010例新生儿分别在出生1周内,30-60 d,90-120 d进行3次发育性髋关节超声跟踪检查。结果髋关节异常发生率随年龄增长而减低;髋关节异常的男女差异明显,产时胎位在婴儿早期对其髋关节有一定的影响,随着年龄增长,产时胎位与髋关节异常差异不明显。婴儿髋关节在3次超声检查中发现有各种变化。结论髋关节在发育过程中会出现各种变化,需要多次超声波检查。
Objectives To study the early diagnosis of infantile developmental dislocation of hip using repeated ultra- sound examination. Methods A total of 3 010 neonates were tested within 7 days, 30-60 days and 90-120 days after birth by ultrasound with 5.0-7.5 MHz high frequency linear array detector using Graf methods. Results The incidence of abnormal hip reduced as the infants grew older with significant difference between male and female. The fetal position was found related to the occurrence of abnormal hip only in the early stage of infants. Various kinds of changes of the infantile hip were observed during the three-time ultrasound examination. Conclusion Multiple ultrasound examination of hip needs to be performed to confirm hip dysplasia.
