摘要
目的观察高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法采用随机、对照临床研究,将76例毛细支气管炎患儿分为观察组和对照组各38例,观察组以布地奈德混悬液250μg溶解于3%氯化钠4 ml,对照组以布地奈德混悬液250μg溶解于0.9%氯化钠溶液4 ml,压缩雾化吸入,每6 h 1次;比较两组患儿临床危重度(CS)评分、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院天数。结果观察组24 h、48 h、72 h的临床危重度评分分别为(7.16±2.01)、(3.66±1.44)和(1.58±1.31),对照组分别为(7.87±1.42)(、5.16±1.35)和(3.16±1.52),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组肺部哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院天数分别(3.29±0.96)d(、4.05±1.39)d和(4.87±1.61)d,对照组分别为(5.66±1.88)d(、5.32±1.69)d和(6.95±1.82)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎可明显改善症状、缩短疗程。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of inhaled hypertonic saline solution combined with budesonide on infants with bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 76 infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into observing group and control group with 38 cases in each. In observing group, the infants were administrated by inhalation with 250 gg budesonide suspension dissolved in 4 mL of 3% saline solution. While in control group, the infants were given 250 μg budesonide sus- pension dissolved in 4 ml of 0.9% saline solution. This therapy was repeated every 6 hours. The clinical severity scores (CS), wheezing remission time and moist crackles disappearance time, days of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results In the observing group, the CS at 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h were (7.16±2.01), (3.66±1.44) and (1.58±1.31) respectively, while in the control group, the CS were (7.87±1.42), (5.16±1.35) and (3.16±1.52) for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h respectively with significant differences (all P〈0.05). Wheezing remission time and moist crackles disappearance time, days of hospitalization were (3.29±0.96) d, (4.05±1.39) d and (4.87±1.61) d in the observing group, and (5.66±1.88) d, (5.32±1.69) d and (6.95±1.82) d in the control group. The significant differences were observed in all groups (all P〈0.05). Conclusions Inhalation of nebulized hypertonic saline solution combined with budesonide can improve symptoms of infants with bronchiolitis and shorten the course of therapy.
