摘要
以优质花生米和精白面粉为原料,经蜂蜜处理,配以奶油、植物油、食盐、香辛料等多种添加料,经过整型、烘烤等工艺制取的蜜酥花生香甜酥脆、营养丰富,是休闲旅游的理想食品。通过对其制取过程的研讨,最终确定了蜜酥花生的最佳生产工艺和配方。
Select high-quality peanut and fine flour as major materials.Peanut was treated with honey, seasonings,such as cream,vegetable oil,salt,spice etc,were mixed with flour.Then the moulded peanut was baked.The product,having a sweet,crisp tasting,is rich in nutrient and is a kind of good food for travelling or relaxation.In this paper,the optimum processing and formulation were defined after reseach on its production.
