目的验证下肢血管性溃疡是全身缺乏再生营养物质的局部表现,以人体再生复原科学理论为应用研究基础,总结分析再生医疗技术在下肢血管性溃疡治疗中的临床疗效和处置方法。方法下肢血管性皮肤溃疡患者全身应用再生营养物质,创面局部规范采用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗,观察治疗效果,总结分析再生医疗技术治疗下肢血管性皮肤溃疡的机理、临床修复过程及应用规范。结果皮肤原位再生复原技术的规范应用为下肢血管性溃疡创面的原位再生创造了生理性再生环境,实现了溃疡创面的原位再生修复,降低了复发率。结论下肢血管性溃疡是全身缺乏再生营养物质的局部表现,皮肤原位再生复原技术的规范应用为下肢血管性溃疡创面的愈合提供了全新的治疗方法,临床结果显示其具有可靠的疗效、较强的实用性和先进性。

Objective To verify vascular ulcer of lower limbs is the local manifestation of systemic insufficiency of regenerative nutrients and to conclude and analyze the clinical eftleacy and management methods of regenerative medical technology in the treatment of lower vascular tdeer with human body regeneratiw! restoration science as the theoretical basis of applied research. Methods By systemically applying regenerative nutrients and topically perfortning in situ skin regeneralive restoration technology standardly, to observe the treatment efficacy and to eonelude and analyze the mechanism, clinical restoration process and application standard of regenerative medical technology in trealing vascular skin ulcer. Results The standard application of in situ skin regeneratiw＂ restoration technology can create a physiologically regenerative environment for lower vascular ulcer wounds, realize the in situ regenerative restoration of ulceralive wounds and reduce the relapse tale. Conclusion Vascular ulcer of lower limbs is the local manifestation of systemic insufficiency of regeneralive nulrients. The standard application of in situ skin regeneratiw＋ restoration technology provides a brand new treatment approach to the healing of lower vascular ulcer and the clinical results show that the approach is reliable, practicable and advanced.
