新辅助化疗后隐匿性乳腺癌放射定位保乳术疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的:评估新辅助化疗后隐匿性乳腺癌放射定位(ROLL)保乳术的价值。方法:回顾性分析3年间对我院进行新辅助化疗后使用ROLL-99mTc核素定位保乳术及金属标记物定位保乳术的患者资料,对切除标本重量、切除标本阳性边缘及术后癌转移等情况进行评估。结果:93例ROLL-^99mTc核素定位切除标本的平均重量为52(12-158)g,其中有8例切除标本边缘病理检测阳性。108例金属标记物定位切除标本的平均重量为71(46-116)g,其中有16例切除标本边缘病理检测阳性。结论:ROLL-^99mTc技术相对于金属标记物定位法在临床上具有很大的可行性,可用于一些新辅助化疗患者的保乳术中。
