卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的CT和MRI诊断价值

Diagnostic value of CT and MRI imaging for ovarian cyst torsion

目的探讨CT与MRI对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析10例经手术病理证实为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的CT或MRI影像学特征。结果盆腔囊实性双肿块且实性肿块与一侧子宫角或输卵管相连10例(100%);增强扫描实性部分轻度强化或不强化;囊壁不均匀增厚8例(80%)、囊壁均匀增厚2例(20%);囊肿边界清楚光滑8例(80%);盆腔积血1例(10%)。结论卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的CT与MRI表现具有一定特征性,作为超声检查的一种补充检查方法,对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断和鉴别诊断具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the features and diagnostic value of CT scanning and MR imaging for ovarian cyst torsion. Meth- ods Retrospectively analyze the CT scanning or MR imaging data of 10 cases of ovarian cyst torsion who were diagnosed through surgical pa- thology. Results All the 10 cases patients were diagnosed as pelvic cystic solid double mass, and the mass was connected with the oviduct or one side of the uterine horn （ 100% ）. Cystic wall demonstrated irregular thickening in 8 cases （80%） and even thickening in 2 cases （20%）. There were 8 cases （80%） of clear and smooth cyst boundary and 1 case （ 10% ） of pelvic hematocele. Conclusion The CT scanning and MR imaging of ovarian cyst torsion were of their own characterstic. As a supply way of ultrasonic examination, they make great value for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cyst torsion.
