蚕茸柱天胶囊联合小剂量万艾可治疗阳痿疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Combined Capsule of Silkworm Velvet Zhutian and Small Dose of Viagra in Treating Impotence

目的:观察蚕茸柱天胶囊联合小剂量万艾可治疗阳痿的临床疗效。方法 :60例符合诊断标准与纳入标准的阳痿患者采用区组随机观察化方法分配到实验组与对照组。其中实验组口服蚕茸柱天胶囊及小剂量万艾可;对照组单纯服用常规剂量万艾可,疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后国际勃起功能评分(IIEF-5)、TSS伴侣评分及中医症状积分的变化情况。结果 :治疗前两组间基线特征均衡性良好(P>0.05);两组服药后对勃起功能改善的有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);IIEF-5评分每组治疗前后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组IIEF-5评分及TSS伴侣评分比较,差异具有显著性意义(p<0.05);治疗后实验组中医症状积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而对照组中医症状积分前后对比变化不大(P>0.05)。结论 :蚕茸柱天胶囊联合小剂量万艾可治疗阳痿不仅能够明显改善阴茎勃起状况,还可降低中医症状积分,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of combined capsule of Silkworm Velvet Zhutian and small dose of Viagra in the treatment of impotence. Methods ： Sixty cases of impotence were randomized into two groups.The treatment group was treated with capsule of Silkworm Velvet Zhutian and Viagra, the control group were treated with Viagra.Both of the treatments were 8 weeks.To observe the changes of the International Index of Erectile Function score （ IIEF-5 ）, TSS Partner＇s score and the score of TCM symptom before and after treatment in two groups. Results ： The baseline characteristics were balanced in two groups before treatment （ P〉0.05 ）. It had no significant statistical difference to compare improvement of erectile function in the two groups after dosing （ P〉0.05 ） .IIEF-5 had a statistical difference before and after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） .It had a significant statistical difference between IIEF-5 and TSS Partner＇s score after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） .The score of TCM symptom of the treatment group was lowered significantly after treatment, while the control group changed less. Conclusion ： Combined capsule of Silkworm Velvet Zhutian and Viagra to treat impotence not only could improve erectile status obviously, but also lower the score of TCM symptom and improve the life quality of patients.
