摘要
目的:优化金莲花提取工艺,提高出膏率和荭草苷转移率,为工业生产提供依据。方法 :以出膏率和荭草苷转移率为评价指标,采用正交设计试验方法优化金莲花提取工艺,选择最佳提取工艺。结果 :最佳的提取工艺为10倍水提取2次,每次1 h。验证试验出膏率平均值为31.01%,荭草苷转移率平均值为91.99%。结论 :优化后的提取工艺可用于工业生产。
Objective : To optimize the extraction process of Trollius chinensis Bunge, improve the paste- forming rate and the transfer rate of orientin, and to provide a basis for industrial production. Methods : Using the orthogonal design method and the cream rate and the transfer rate of orientin as evaluation indexes, to optimize the extraction process of Trollius chinensis Bunge and to select the optimal extraction.Results : The best extraction process was decocting two times for one hour with six times of water.The paste-forming rate on average was 30.01% and the transfer rate of orientin on average was 91.99% in the verification test. Conclusion : The optimal extraction process can be used for industrial production.
