针灸按摩配合高压氧治疗小儿脑瘫疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Massage with Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:观察针灸按摩配合高压氧治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法 :将60例小儿脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;在常规康复功能训练基础上,治疗组采用针灸按摩配合高压氧治疗,对照组单纯给予高压氧治疗。将两组的疗效进行对比观察。结果 :两组治疗前后总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),而且ADL评分具有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :针灸按摩配合高压氧治疗小儿脑瘫较单纯高压氧治疗疗效明显;值得临床加以推广并深入研究。

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of acupuncture massage with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in children with cerebral palsy. Methods ： 60 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group ; based on the conventional rehabilitation functional training treatment group were treated with acupuncture massage with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the control group treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results ： The total efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment was significantly different （ P〈0.01 ）, and ADL scores with a significant difference （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture massage with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of children with cerebral palsy has better effect compared with hyperbaric oxygen therapy ; and it is worthy of clinical promoting and in-depth study.
