当代中医辨治白癜风用药规律分析

Analysis of Pharmacy Rules in Prescription of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Vitiligo

目的:探讨当代中医白癜风的治疗规律。方法 :收集62篇医案,应用Access建立数据库,并采用Excel、SPSS Clementine12.0统计软件对相应数据行频数与关联规则分析方法进行统计。结果 :四诊信息与中药、皮损部位与中药、证候与中药之间有对应规律,根据关联规则挖掘提出的基本方与中医证治白癜风理论切合。结论 :白癜风皮损多发生于人体暴露部位,情志失调为其主要伴随症状,治疗过程中应结合心理疏导。当代中医认为白癜风病机多表现为气滞血瘀、肝肾不足,从气血、肝肾着手治疗是当代中医治疗白癜风的重要方法。并为提高中医治疗白癜风的临床效果,提出一运用活血化瘀、补益肝肾为主的基本方。

Objective： To explore the Chinese medical treatment rules of vitiligo treated by the contemporary Chinese medical doctors. Methods： 62 Chinese medical records were collected.Access was used to establish the database.The methods of frequency analysis and association rules were used to analyze the data by the software of Excel and SPSS Clementine 12.0. Results ： There were consistent rules between the four diagnostic methods and medicine as well as the positions of the skin, pathogenesis and medicine.Conclusion ： The exposed part of the human body was the common lesions position, and emotional disorders were the main associated symptoms, so the treatment must combine with mental healing.Contemporary Chinese medical doctors have realized the mechanism of pathogenesis is stagnation of qi and blood or deficiency of the liver and kidney, the treatment about qi and blood is the very importantmethod of contemporary Chinese medicine. It can improve the therapeutic effect of treating vitiligo and put forward a basic anagraph of Chinese medicine that can promote circulation or be good for the liver and kidney.
