中西结合谈肝硬化与性激素关系

Discussion on Relationship between Cirrhosis and Sex Hormones from View of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

肝硬化的形成与性激素(主要是雌二醇、睾酮)有密切的关系,同时随着男性肝硬化失代偿进展,更是加重了性激素的紊乱。该文从中西结合角度,浅谈肝硬化与性激素关系,同时提倡以西医治疗为基础,联合中医治法,发挥祖国医学治疗多方面多层次治疗的优越性,为肝硬化患者提供更多更为有效的手段。

The formation of cirrhosis has close relationship with sex hormones （ mainly estradiol, testosterone ）, and decompensated cirrhosis progress of men will increase the disorder of sex hormone. This paper, from the view of combination of Chinese and western medicine, discussed relationship between cirrhosis and sex hormones, and advocated that the treatment for patients with cirrhosis should be based on western medicine therapy, combined with traditional Chinese medicine, exploiting the advantages of multi- levels in TCM.medicine.
