摘要
目的:观察蒙药忠伦阿汤熏蒸治疗对脑卒中后上肢痉挛的临床疗效。方法 :将患者随机分为两组,两组均以康复训练为基础治疗。治疗组用蒙药忠伦阿汤熏蒸治疗,对照组口服巴氯酚片。应用改良的Ashworth评分标准(MAS)及Brunnstrom分级标准对患者治疗前后进行评估,进而比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果 :治疗组和对照组治疗前后组内比较,患者上肢痉挛程度均较治疗前改善,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组组间比较上肢痉挛程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 :蒙药忠伦阿汤熏蒸疗法治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛疗效确切。
Objective： Observation on fumigation treatment of upper limb spasticity post-stroke with Mongolian medicine Zhong Lun A Decoction was carried on. Methods ： The patients were randomly divided into two groups, and two groups were treated with rehabilitation training as the basis. The treatment group added Mongolian medicine Zhong Lun A Decoction fumigation treatment, and the control group added baclofen tablets orally. The efficacy before and after treatment in patients was evaluated with modified Ashworth scale （ MAS ） and Brunnstrom grading standards and compared. Results ： The treatment group and the control group both significantly improved symptoms, and there were significant differences in two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. After treatment between two groups, upper limb spasticity had no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Effect of fumigation therapy for post-stroke upper limb spasticity with Mongolian medicine Zhong Lun A Decoction is exact.
