玉屏风散加减合中药穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Yupingfeng Powder Combined with Acupoint Application of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:该文主要通过我科开展中药内服及穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎90例,对过敏性鼻炎的临床特点及治疗方法进行总结。方法 :选择2010年7月—2011年7月我院门诊过敏性鼻炎患者,且中医辨证为肺气虚寒卫表不固型的患者共90例,将90例患者编号分为3组,第1组30例,单纯给予穴位敷贴治疗;第2组30例,只口服中药汤剂治疗;第3组30例,给予口服中药汤药并穴位敷贴治疗。结果 :结果显示第3组疗效明显由于前两组。结论 :玉屏风散加减配合穴位贴敷治疗肺气虚寒卫表不固型的过敏性鼻炎疗效可靠,无明显毒副作用。因此,中药内外兼治法比单纯口服中草药治疗过敏性鼻炎优势明显,值得推广应用于临床。

Objective： Through our department internal medicine and acupoint application of Chinese medicine treatment of 90 cases with allergic rhinitis, it is to summarize the clinical features and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods ： A total of 90 patients with allergic rhinitis in July 2010 to July 2011 in our hospital were selected, and the patients were hmg Qi deficiency cold and instability of surface type.90 patients were divided into 3 groups.The first group with 30 cases was treated with acupoint application therapy.The second group with 30 cases only took oral decoction of Chinese medicine.The third group with 30 cases was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupoint application therapy. Results ： The results showed the curative effect of the third group was obviously superior to that of the first two groups. Conclusion： Yupingfeng Powder combined with acupoint application therapy to treat allergic rhinitis with lung Qi deficiency cold and instability of surface syndrome is reliable, and there is no obvious side effect.Therefore, the internal and external treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine is better than the simple oral herbal medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
