中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜156例

Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 156 Cases of Allergic Purpura

目的:分析过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床特点,观察中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效,以提高临床诊治水平。方法 :对2012年2月—2012年10月沈阳市辽宁中医药大学附属第一医院血液科门诊收治的156例HSP患者均采用中西医结合治疗,3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。结果 :临床治愈98例,显效34例,有效22例,无效2例,有效率占98.72%。结论 :中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜效果显著。

Objective ： To analyse allergic purpura （ HSP ） clinical characteristics, the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for allergic purpura, in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： In February 2012 to October 2012,156 cases of patients with HSP in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine all used combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, 3 months was one period of treatment. Results ： 98 cases were cured, 34 cases were markedly effective, effective in 22 cases,2 cases failed, efficient rate was 98.72%. Conclusion ： The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of allergic purpura has remarkable effect.
