中医药对直肠癌治疗进展研究

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

随着社会经济发展,人们生活方式和生态环境改变,使人类患癌症的几率逐年增高,其中直肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。文章通过对《中医病证诊断疗效标准》和学术界对直肠癌辨证的比较分析,发现在权威文献之间、权威文献与临床文献之间存在较大差异。该文全面揭示了直肠癌现实辨证存在的问题,并从三个方面提出重新辨证规范的思路与方法。

With social and economic development, people living and ecological environment have changed, the incidence of cancer is increasing year by year, and colorectal cancer has become one of the most common malignant tumors. The article is to make a comparative analysis based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis of Disease and Curative Effect Standard and discussion on colorectal caneer syndrome differentiation. It found large differences in authoritative literature and between authoritative literature and clinical literature. The paper revealed colorectal cancer had many differences between the real problems of syndrome differentiation, and put forward to syndrome differentiation standard idea and method from three aspects.
