电针不同波形在周围性面瘫应用中临床进展

Clinical Application Progress of Electro-Acupuncture with Different Waveforms in Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目前临床上对于面瘫西医主要采用药物和手术,至今没有特异性的有效疗法。中医主要有中药、针灸、电针、推拿等治疗方法。其中针灸治疗,地仓透颊车及太阳透阳白两组穴位的电针治疗运用比较广泛,其电针波形主要有疏密渡、断续波、连续波等几种选择,临床报道疗效显著。作者就近几年来两组穴位的电针波形选择对周围性面瘫的影响等作简要概述,以便能更好地为临床提供指导。

At present, drugs and operations are widely used in Western medicine to treat the facial paralYsis, but without any specific effect.Treatments of traditional Chinese medicine include herbs, acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, massage and so on.The electro-acupuncture, which has several waveforms, including density wave, intermittent wave, continuous wave, is extensively applied.And the electro-acupuncture treatment of two pairs of acupoints of Dicang penetrating into Jiache and Taiyang penetrating into Yangbai has obvious effect.To provide a better guidance for clinical application, the author makes a summary of the effect about the options of electro-acupuncture waveforms for the two groups of the points in the treatment on peripheral facial paralysis.
