摘要 在电网一些供电薄弱的变电站,传统备自投功能难以实现。针对这一情况,介绍了一种广域变电站备用电源自投方案。该方案选择电网中有特定连接的三个弱联系变电站,在电网中建立一个备自投功能点,将远方的备用电源切换到失去主供电源的变电站,从而避免负荷损失造成的电网事故。它基于智能电网信息共享和远程光纤通道信息技术实现,可以解决常规备自投装置动作逻辑固定,适用范围受限等问题,从而拓展了备自投的功能。该功能的使用将解决一些电网架构薄弱地区的供电可靠性问题,也将体现智能电网的智能化特性。 It is difficult to implement traditional standby power supply automatic switching function in some substations, especially within weak power grid. Focusing on this circumstance, a wide area standby power supply automatic switching scheme based on smart grid is proposed. Based on three substations with weak intercormection, this scheme establishes one point for standby power supply automatic switching function. When a substation is losing its main power supply, a remote standby power supply will be switched on, in order to avoid the power grid fault caused by load loss. The scheme is implemented by the technology of smart grid information share and remote fiber optic communication network. This scheme can overcome some shortcoming of traditional standby power supply automatic switching unit, such as fixed action logic, limited application range, so as to expand standby power supply automatic switching function. The implementation of this scheme can strengthen the reliability of the power supply within weak power grid and realize the smart feature of smart grid.
