心血管疾病的社区防治效果分析

Analysis of effect of community prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases

目的对心血管疾病实施社区防治的效果进行分析研究。方法选取我院2009年3月－2012年1月收治的64例心血管病症患者，随机分成观察组与对照组，每组32例。分别对两组患者实施相关的防治措施，观察组32例患者：定期组织医院的相关专家，到社区医院对患者进行健康知识传授，并对患者的心理状况、饮食进行指导。同时根据患者自身的具体状况，对患者的用药进行合理指导与调整：对照组32例患者：实施常规的诊断方法及用药方法。此外，对两组患者的血糖、血脂含量及血压进行测量与记录，并对其变化进行比较。结果观察组32例患者中得到有效治疗25例，有效控制6例，治疗无效1例；对照组32例患者中得到有效治疗18例，有效控制4例，治疗无效10例，可以明显看出观察组的防治效果优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组患者的各项指标均有所降低。但观察组各项指标的降低趋势较为明显（P〈0．05）。结论对心血管病患者实施防治措施的过程中，需要提升社区管理的力度，对患者进行相应的知识宣传，使患者的预防意识得到提升。这样有利于对心血管病症实施有效治疗．以降低患者出现死亡的机率。

Objective To analyze the effect of community prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Methods Sixty-four patients with cardiovascular diseases who were admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into observation group （n = 32） and control group （n = 32）. For the patients in observation group, the experts in the hospital were organized regularly to spread health knowledge among patients in the community health service center and to provide guidance for the mental status and diet of patients; also, rational guidance and adjustment for medication were offered to the patients according to their specific conditions. For the patients in control group, conventional diagnosis and medication were performed. The blood glucose, blood lipid, and blood pressure were measured and recorded, and the two groups were compared in terms of the indices. Results Of the 32 cases in observation group, 25 were effectively treated, 6 were effectively controlled, and 1 showed no response to treatment. Of the 32 cases in control group, 18 were effectively treated, 4 were effectively controlled, and 10 showed no response to treatment. Thus, the effect of prevention and treatment was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Both groups showed decreases in the indices, but the observation group had significantly more decreases （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The community management should be enhanced in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and health knowledge should be spread among patients to improve the awareness of disease prevention, so that cardiovascular diseases can be effectively treated to reduce the fatality rate.
