农村幼儿园园本教研存在的问题及思考——基于对四川省某县6所乡镇幼儿园的调查

The Problems Existing in Kindergarten-based Teaching and Research of Kindergarten in Rural Areas and Thinking:Based on the Survey of 6 Kindergartens in Sichuan Rural Areas

对四川省某县6所乡镇幼儿园园本教研情况进行调查，结果发现农村幼儿园园本教研存在一些问题：第一。有些幼儿园误读了园本教研。第二，选题与农村日常保教实际相分离。第三，园本教研组织缺乏专业性。农村幼儿园应立足实践，帮助教师正确认识和开展园本教研；应健全机制，多形式开展园本教研；应加强培训，尤其是提升园本教研主持人的专业水平。

The writer conducted a research of the kindergarten-based teaching and research in 6 kindergartens in rural areas and the results indicate that some kindergartens misunderstand what kindergarten-based teaching and research means; the topics are separated from the rural context; and teachers lack professionalism. Kindergartens in rural areas should, basing on the real situation, help teachers improve their understanding of kindergarten-based teaching and research, perfect the systems, and develop various types of kindergarten-based teaching and research. Kindergartens should also improve teachers＇ professionalism, especially those who are in charge of kindergarten-based teaching and research programs.
