摘要 对四川省某县6所乡镇幼儿园园本教研情况进行调查,结果发现农村幼儿园园本教研存在一些问题:第一。有些幼儿园误读了园本教研。第二,选题与农村日常保教实际相分离。第三,园本教研组织缺乏专业性。农村幼儿园应立足实践,帮助教师正确认识和开展园本教研;应健全机制,多形式开展园本教研;应加强培训,尤其是提升园本教研主持人的专业水平。 The writer conducted a research of the kindergarten-based teaching and research in 6 kindergartens in rural areas and the results indicate that some kindergartens misunderstand what kindergarten-based teaching and research means; the topics are separated from the rural context; and teachers lack professionalism. Kindergartens in rural areas should, basing on the real situation, help teachers improve their understanding of kindergarten-based teaching and research, perfect the systems, and develop various types of kindergarten-based teaching and research. Kindergartens should also improve teachers' professionalism, especially those who are in charge of kindergarten-based teaching and research programs.
