摘要
资产管理是企业提升竞争力、赢得绩效的重要内容。本文以神东煤炭集团资产管理为研究对象,探索文化理念、管理制度、管理方式及管理工具等管理创新要素对资产管理绩效的影响。研究表明,与战略契合的管理文化理念、权责分配和奖惩激励机制、精益化资产管理方式及持续完善的信息化管理系统相结合的协同管理创新能有效提升企业资产管理绩效。
Asset management plays an important role to improve competitiveness and performance of enterprises. This paper takes Shendong Coal Group's asset management as the research ob-ject, exploring management innovation factors including culture concept, management systems, management modes and management methods, which have an effect on asset management per- formance. This research shows that the collaborative management innovation, which integrates management culture concept that fits the strategy, the mechanisms of responsibility distribution and disciplinary incentive, the lean asset management modes and the continuously improving sys-tem of information management, can promote the enterprise' s asset management performance effectively.
