提出了在测定甘露醇纯度中增加比旋度测定的观点 ,论述了甘露醇纯度中比旋度与甘露醇的含量、熔点之间的关系 ,力求使其纯度测定更为准确。

In this paper,the auther raises a viewpoint about adding polarimetry in determination of purity of synthetic mannitol,and also describes the relations among the degree of polarity, the content and the melting point of mannitol during the purity determination of synthetic mannitol, in an effort to get more accurate determination of purity of mannitol
