摘要
本文采用HVOF超音速喷涂工艺、WC-10Co-4Cr粉末,对高压闸阀阀板的工作面进行表面强化。实验结果表明,涂层的结合强度达到72.63Mpa,涂层与基体之间的结合状态良好;涂层的维氏硬度值(HV0.3)为1257.1,涂层的微观硬度值均匀,涂层致密度、韧性良好;涂层的孔隙率为1.5%左右,通过100Mpa耐水压试验,阀板工作面未出现渗漏现象,说明涂层致密度好,该孔隙率水平下满足高压闸阀的工作需要。
The surface of high sluice valves were strengthened by HVOF with WC-10Co-4Cr coat. The results shows that the bond-strengthen was 72.63Mpa, and the bond-strengthen between coat and base was in a high level; The average Vickers hardness value (HV0.3) was 1257.1. The micro-hardness was well-distributed, and the coat density and ductility was ideal; The coating porosity was about 1.5%. During a pressure testing at 100Mpa water pressure for half an hour, leakage was not found on the working surface of sluice valve.
