西藏曲拉中酵母菌的分离、鉴定及其优势菌分析 被引量:2

摘要 从西藏地区采集11份曲拉样品,从中分离出36株酵母菌。利用26S rDNA D1/D2区域序列分析对这些菌株进行了分类鉴定鉴定,可以将其分为8个属9个种。Debaryomyces hansenii是曲拉中的优势菌,其中Debaryomyces hansenii-Torulaspora delbrueckii和Debaryomyceshansenii-Candida zeylanoides是曲拉中酵母菌优势组合。曲拉中的酵母菌具有丰富的生物多样性,其差异性很大。 A total of 36 yeast strains were isolated from 11 traditional Qula samples in Tibet of China.The isolates were identified by the large-subunit (26S) rDNA gene D1 /D2 domain sequences analysis.These strains were grouped in 9 species belonging to 8 genera.The dominant species in Qula were Debaryomyces hansenii. Debaryomyces hansenii-Torulaspora delbrueckii and Debaryomyces hansenii-Candida zeylanoides were the predominant groups in Qula. There existed that yeasts of great biodiversity Qula in Tibet,but quite different from each other.
