摘要
目的:建立光石韦药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,评价与控制药材内在质量。方法:采用HPLC,大连依利特SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长205 nm。结果:检测了10批不同来源的光石韦药材,确定12个色谱峰为共有峰,建立了光石韦药材指纹图谱,并计算各被测样品的HPLC指纹图谱的整体相似度。结论:所建立的指纹图谱具有良好的精密度、稳定性、重复性,可作为光石韦药材质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Pyrrosia calvata for evaluating its quality by HPLC. Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out on SinoChrom ODS-BP (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution)at the flow of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 205 nm. Result: The established fingerprint of P. calvata was used to determine 10 batches of sample from different soures. 12 common peaks were confirmed as the character fingerprints through similarity analysis on the fingerprint of the P. calvata. Conclusion: The method has good precision, stability and reproducibility, providing a scientific base for controlling the quality of P. calvata by establishing fingerprint of the P. calvata.
