Pre-installation of Gate Operating Mechanism for the Turbines in the Power Station of Tingzikou Water Control Project

从机坑测定、底环安装、导叶预装、顶盖组装、顶盖预装等几个方面详细介绍了亭子口水利枢纽电站水轮机导水机构预装的方案及过程。预装中通过采用调整垫来调整底环和顶盖的高程及水平,避免了座环在焊接与浇筑过程中的变形对机组安装的影响。目前首台机组导水机构安装已完成,底环与顶盖水平及导叶端面间隙均达到了理想效果。

The pre-installation programs and process of gate operating mechanism for the turbines in the power station of Tingzikou Water Control Project are introduced from the aspects of pit measurement, discharge ring installation, guide vane pre-installation, head cover assembly and head cover pre-installation. The elevation and levelness of discharge ring and head cover are adjusted by adjustment pads in pre-installation, which can avoid the deformation of stay ring caused by welding and concrete pouring. At present, the installation of gate operating mechanism of first unit has completed, and the levelness of discharge ring and head cover and the end clearances of guide vanes reach a desired effect.
