摘要
目的 探讨碱性成纤维生长因子 (b FGF)对视神经损伤的保护作用。方法 用精确校准方法在成年鼠造成部分视神经损伤模型 ,球后注射生理盐水、VB1 2 、b FGF。伤后 1h和 4wk测量闪光视神经诱发电位 (F- VEP)。结果 伤后 1h,F- VEP潜伏期延长且电位幅值降低 ,与正常比较有明显差异。伤后 4wk时生理盐水和 VB1 2 组对刺激没有应答 ,b FGF组 F- VEP接近正常。结论 b FGF对视神经损伤后视神经节细胞和轴索退变有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on degeneration following optic nerve crush.Methods A moderate crush injury was inflicted on the nerves of adult rats with calibrated cross action forceps. After crush injury bFGF, saline and Vit B 12 were administered into retrobublar. One hour and four weeks after the injury, their visual evoked potential response to flash (F VEP) was recorded. The data were analyzed by t test and analysis of variance in SPSS software.Results One hour after the operation, the latent period extended and the swings were depressed,showing distinct difference from normal F VEP. Four weeks later no response was observed in animals treated with saline or Vit B 12 . The F VEP in bFGF treated animals was near normal. Conclusion The findings of this study demonstrate that treatment with bFGF contributes to protection of neurons and axons from degeneration following optic nerve crush.
