刘易斯拐点还是沃尔夫森极化——收入分布趋势研究

Lewis Turning Point or Wolfson Polarization:Income Distribution Trend Study

本文借助刘易斯拐点、沃尔夫森极化、ER指数、基尼系数等理论对收入分布变化及趋势进行评估,结果显示,我国开始进入刘易斯拐点,但其改善收入分配的能力有限;收入分配仍在恶化,属沃尔夫森极化且速度很快,在其他条件不变情况下2024年就会达到完全极化的状态。建议通过推动刘易斯拐点进程和遏制收入极化并举的形式"补低调高"。

This paper has applied some models like Lewis turning point,Wolfson polarization,ERindex,Gini coefficient to evaluate,and showed that China has begun to enterLewis turning point,but its ability of improving income distribution is very limited;the income distribution has still been worsened,however,it is belong to Wolfson polarization and very speedy,Other conditions unchanged,it will reach complete polarization in 2024。Therefore,this paper has proposed suggestions of improving income distribution and realizing income multiplier adopting propelling process of Lewis turning point,containing income polarization and 'Low profile high fill'.
