新疆玛纳斯县农户农地流转行为影响因素实证分析

Empirical research on influencing factors of farmer's farmland transfer behavior in Manas county,Xinjiang

以新疆玛纳斯县369户农户入户调查结果为依据,运用Logistic模型对农户农地流转行为的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:年流转租金、流转年限、户主对农业经营风险认知是影响农户土地转入行为的重要因素,分别在1%、5%以及10%的水平上通过了模型显著性检验。而年流转租金、户主年龄和流转年限、家庭非农业劳动力人数构成了对农户土地转出行为的重要影响因素,且分别在1%、5%和10%的水平上通过了模型的显著性检验。

Farmers are the main body of the circulation of rural land use right,the research of their specific land transfer behavior can directly reflect the real situation,which can provide an objective decision-making basis for the decision makers.Based on the survey of 369 households in Manasi Xinjiang,the empirical research of the influencing factors of farmland transfer by using logical model showed that the circulation of rent,the years of circulation and the knowledge about risk of the head of household to agricultural management effected farmland transfer.Those were 1%,5% and 10% in the level through the significant inspection.And circulation of rent,householder age and circulation years,non-agricultural labor of family were important influence factors and were in the 1%,5% and 10% of level through the model of significant inspection.
