摘要
对明清时期渭南地区洪涝灾害的文献史料收集整理,统计分析了该地区洪涝灾害的发生特征及其对社会经济发展的影响。研究结果显示:明清时期,在气候变化和当地人类活动影响下,渭南地区洪涝灾害频繁发生,并呈增加趋势,对当地社会经济发展在短期和长期两方面均有很大影响。其研究结果对于科学认识渭南地区洪涝灾害发生规律,加强极端天气气候事件的风险防范和防洪减灾,促进当地社会经济发展具有重要的现实意义。
According to the historical records of flood disasters in Weinan region during Ming and Qing Dynasties,the change of flood disasters and its impact on the socio-economic development were analyzed.The results showed that the flood disasters occurred frequently and tended to increase during Ming and Qing Dynasties under the influence of climatic change and human activities,which had a great impact both short and long term on the local socio-economic development and people＇s lives.This had important practical significance to understand scientifically the law of flood disasters,to control and mitigate flood disasters,and to promote local social and economic development in Weinan region.
