摘要
目的 探讨早期原发性开角型青光眼彩色图形视网膜电图 (CP- E RG)、彩色图形视觉诱发电位 (CP- VEP)的改变特征。方法 采用电生理方法记录早期原发性开角型青光眼 (POAG)患者在白 /黑、红 /黑、蓝 /黑翻转图形刺激下的 CP- ERG、CP- VEP。结果 (1) POAG组 CP- ERG的 b波幅值下降 ,潜伏期延长 ;CP- VEP的 P1 0 0 波幅值下降 ,潜伏期延长 ;(2 ) POAG组 CP- ERG和 CP- VEP的异常发生率均明显高于对照组 ;(3) POAG组CP- ERG和 (或 ) CP- VEP显著高于对照组及 POAG组白 /黑刺激下的异常发生率。结论 CP- ERG和 CP- VEP是检测早期 POAG视网膜功能改变的有效方法 ,其联合应用更有助于
Objective To make an inquiry into the features of the changes in color pattern electroretinogram (CP ERG) and color visual evoked potential (CP VEP) in early primary open angle glaucoma (POAG).Methods The detection and analysis of CP ERGs and CP VEPs in 15 patients (27 eyes) with POAG and 15 age matched normal volunteers (30 eyes) were made.Results (1)In the POAG group, the amptitudes of b waves in CP ERG and P 100 waves in CP VEP were reduced and their peak times were prolonged;(2) The abnormal rates of CP ERG and CP VEP in early POAG were significantly different compared to that in the control group; (3) The abnormal rates of CP ERG and /or CP VEP in early POAG were significantly higher compared to that in the contrasts and the P ERG and/or P VEP.Conclusion CP ERG and CP VEP are useful in detecting the retinal functions in early POAG, and their combination is helpful to diagnose early POAG.
