角膜塑形镜矫正近视的临床研究

目的 评价新一代角膜塑形技术 (othorkeratology)矫治青少年近视的有效性、预测性及安全性。方法 应用美国视康公司提供的 OK近视矫正镜 ,对 2 2 1例 (44 2只眼 )近视患者进行矫治。结果 OK镜矫治 3mo后 ,视力在 0 .5及 0 .8以上分别为 93%及 72 % .矫正偏中心的占 9.5 % ,未见角膜明显损伤。结论 角膜塑形技术可有效矫治青少年近视 ,并具有矫正迅速、安全可靠等特点。对矫正后视力的巩固及提高矫治的准确性及可预测性有待进一步提高。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of orthokeratology. Methods 442 eyes of 221 myopic patients with a mean degree of -3.53D±1.56D (range -0 75～ -9.75D) were corrected with the Ortho K lens.Results Three months after the treatment, 93% of the eyes had visual acuity of 20/40 or better and 72%, 20/40 or better with no obvious corneal injuries.Conclusion Orthokeratology appears to be an effective and safe treatment for the reduction of low to moderate myopia.
