摘要
基因型与环境的互作在生物界普遍存在,本研究利用GGE模型、AMMI模型、Shukla模型和Ebehart-Russell模型对2009年国家旱地春小麦区试西北9个试点、8个参试品种(系)小麦品种稳定性进行了初步的比较。结果发现,Shukla简便,而GGE模型、AMMI模型分析结果更为全面、直观,两种模型也存在一定的差异,相比较,GGE模型能更有效分析基因型与环境互作效应、评价基因型稳定性以及环境的代表性和区分能力。
Genotype-environment interaction(GEI) is a common phenomenon in plant breeding.The genotype main effect plus genotype-environment interaction(GGE) model,additive main effect and multiplicative interaction(AMMI) model,Shukla model and Ebehart-Russell regression model were adopted to compare the stability of 8 cultivars(lines) of dryland spring wheat used in 9 regional trial sites in 2009.The results showed that although the Shukla model was easy,the analysis of GGE model and AMMI model was comprehensive and intuitive,and there was still a bit difference between these two models.The GGE model has been proved to be an effective tool in understanding the effect of genotype-environment interaction,and evaluating the stability of genotypes,the representative of test environments and the ability of discrimination.
