六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

Clinical Study of Liuwei Anxiao Capsule Combined with Domperidone in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:观察六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照方法研究,入选功能性消化不良患者120例,分为2组各60例,试验组服用六味安消胶囊及多潘立酮,对照组单用多潘立酮,疗程2周,治疗结束1周随访,观察总体疗效及单项症状积分。结果:试验组痊愈8例,显效20例,进步25例,无效7例,总有效率88.3%;对照组痊愈3例,显效15例,进步29例,无效13例,总有效率78.3%;2组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后症状积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后2组症状积分比较,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1周随访,试验组仍表现出积分下降的趋势,与同组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良疗效良好,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Liuwei Anxiao Capsule combined with domperidone for functional dyspepsia. Methods： A randomized and controlled trial was carried out in 120 functional dyspepsia patients. The patients were equally divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was given Liuwei Anxiao Capsule and domperidone, and the control group was treated with domperidone. The treatment lasted 2 weeks, and at the end of treatment, a follow-up covering one week was carried out. The overall therapeutic effect was evaluated, and the score of each individual symptom was counted. Results： In the treatment group, 8 patients were cured, 20 markedly effective, 25 effective, 7 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 88.3%. In the control group, 3 patients were cured, 15 markedly effective, 29 effective, 13 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 78.3% .The difference of total effective rate was insignificant between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. The symptom score was decreased in both groups after treatment （P 〈 0.01 compared with that before treatment）, and the decrease was obvious in the treatment group（P 〈0.05）. The results of follow-up showed that the symptom score was still decreased in the treatment group during the period of follow-up（P〈 0.05）, but the control group had no such change（P〉0.05）. Conclusion. Liuwei Anxi Capsule combined with domperidone is effective for the treatment of functional dyspepsia, which is worthy of popularization and application.
