抗衰汤治疗肾阳虚型卵巢功能早衰48例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Anti-aging Decoction for Premature Ovarian Failure with Kidney Yang Deficiency:An Observation of 48 Patients

目的:观察抗衰汤治疗肾阳虚型卵巢功能早衰的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者按就诊次序分为2组各48例,治疗组用自拟抗衰汤治疗;对照组用西药人工周期疗法治疗,30天为l疗程,共治疗3疗程,观察2组患者雌二醇(E)2、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.42%,优于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善FSH、LH、E2水平和中医症状方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟抗衰汤治疗肾阳虚型卵巢功能早衰,能改善血清激素水平和提高临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Anti-aging Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of kidney yang deficiency type. Methods. Ninety-six qualified patients with kidney yang deficiency type premature ovarian failure were divided into two groups, 48 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Anti-aging Decoction, and the control group was treated with western medicine artificial cycle therapy. Thirty days constituted one treatmerit course.After three treatment course, the changes of serum hormone（LH） levels as well as TCM symptoms were observed in estradiol（E2）, follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）, luteinizing the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.42%, superior to 66.67% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）, and the treatment group had better effect than the control group in improving the serum hormones of FSH, LH, and E2 levels and the changes of TCM symptoms（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Anti-aging Decoction shows obvious effect on improving serum hormone levels and on relieving clinical symptoms of premature ovarian failure patients with kidney yang deficiency.
