危重急性肾损伤时肾脏替代策略的优化

摘要 肾脏替代疗法（RRT）是危重急性肾损伤（AKI）的重要治疗手段。近年来，有关危重AKI的临床研究，尤其在优化RRT策略方面取得重要的进展，但对于RRT的开始时机、模式、剂量等关键问题至今仍未达成一致意见。AKI时肾功能在短时间内快速减退，机体无法产生足够的代偿反应，故RRT指征与终末期肾病时有较大区别。
