摘要
通过羟醛缩合反应,研究了在强碱(10%氢氧化钾)、有机碱(哌啶)、弱酸(硼酸)三种催化条件下合成4-二甲氨基-2′,4′-二羟基查尔酮的反应。考察了溶剂、温度、物料配比、哌啶用量等因素对反应的影响,并得到优化条件,在优化的条件下,合成总收率为56.5%。
The presented article studied the reactions to synthesize 4-dimethylamino-2′,4′-dihydroxychalcone.The routine method to prepare this chalcone is aldol condensation,which can happen in the catalysts of strong alkali(10% KOH),organic amine(piperidine),and acid(boric acid).We compared the performance of these three catalysts,and results show that piperidine is the best catalyst with yield of 56.5%.Also the reaction conditions of piperidine catalysis aldol condensation were optimized to fit mass preparation.
