摘要
针对传统无溶剂浸渍漆中稀释剂的毒性大、污染大等,以自制的超支化不饱和聚酯树脂DP-1作为共稀释剂,开发出低挥发环保型聚酯亚胺绝缘漆。基于配方对漆液粘度、胶凝时间、粘结强度和介电损耗等的影响规律,对绝缘漆配方进行了优化。结果表明,组成为m(聚酯亚胺PEI)∶m(DP-1)∶m(乙烯基甲苯VT)=100∶10∶60的配方具有较优的综合性能,且在180℃下的介电损耗与传统绝缘浸渍漆相当,预计在高温绝缘漆等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
In view of the toxicity and pollution occurred by the diluent in the conventional solvent-free impregnating varnish,a hyperbranched unsaturated polyester DP-1 was synthesized and used as a co-diluent,therefore a low volatile environment-friendly polyester-imide insulating paint was developed.The paint formulation was optimized on the basis of the viscosity,gelling time,cohesive strength and dielectric loss.The results demonstrated that a good paint with a broad potential application in high temperature insulating varnish should be composed of polyester-imide PEI∶DP-1∶vinyl toluene VT of 100∶10∶60.
