摘要 以大孔交联氯甲基化聚苯乙烯为原料通过Friedel-Crafts反应、甲胺化反应和乙酰化反应,制备了N-甲基乙酰胺基修饰的超高交联型吸附树脂。研究了树脂对水溶液中水杨酸的吸附去除性能。结果表明,所制得的树脂能有效吸附水溶液中的水杨酸,吸附等温线都是I型吸附等温线,Langmuir和Freundlich方程模型都可很好地拟合平衡吸附数据。水杨酸原始浓度在903.6 mg/L、流速在88 mL/h,10 mL湿树脂在60 BV(1BV=10 mL)左右出现穿透,性能优于目前商品化的XAD-4树脂和XAD-7树脂。 By Friedel-Crafts reaction,methylamination and acetamidation,a novel N-methylacetamide modified hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent was synthesized from macroporous cross-linked chloromethylated polystyrene.The adsorption behavior of salicylic acid on this resin was investigated in aqueous solution.The results indicated that the adsorption isotherms were type I isotherm,the Langmuir and Freundlich models were in accordance with the adsorption equilibrium data.At an initial concentration of 903.6 mg / L and a flow rate of 88 mL / h,60 BV of salicylic acid aqueous solution could be dealt by 10 mL of the title resin before the breakthrough point,which was superior to XAD-4 and XAD-7.
