人工晶状体类型与前房深度变化的相关性研究

The correlation between the different types of intraocular lens and the change in anterior chamber depth

目的:研究白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)植入术后前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)的变化与IOL类型的关系。方法 :接受白内障超声乳化吸除联合IOL植入术治疗的老年性白内障患者,根据植入IOL的类型分为A组(单片式IOL组)和B组(三片式IOL组),各23眼。观察术后1月、3月、6月的ACD、矫正球镜度数等。结果:A组术后6月与1月相比,ACD变浅(P<0.05),矫正球镜度数降低(P<0.05),术后1月与3月、3月与6月相比,ACD和矫正球镜度数变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。B组术后1月、3月、6月ACD和矫正球镜度数变化均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:术后6月,植入单片式IOL眼ACD变浅,屈光状态易向近视偏移;植入三片式IOL眼ACD与屈光状态均无变化。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the different types of intraocular lens（IOL） and the change in anterior chamber depth（ACD） after cataract phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.Methods 40 patients（46 eyes） of senile cataract were divided into two groups ： group A（23 eyes implanted with 1-piece IOL） and group B（23eyes implanted with 3-piece IOL）having phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in bags.Anterior chamber depth and spherical degree was measured 1month,3months,6months after surgery.Results Significant difference of anterior chamber depth and spherical degree was found in group A between that at 1 month and 6 months after surgery（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference of anterior chamber depth and spherical degree in group A between that at 1 month and at 3 months and between that at 3 months and at 6 months after surgery（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference of the anterior chamber depth and spherical degree in group B at any time after surgery（P 0.05）.Conclusion The ACD of the eyes implanted with 1-piece IOL is shallower during the 6 months after surgery.There was a tendency that the eyes implanted with 1-piece IOL were developing into myopia.No similar changes were found in the eyes implanted with 3-piece IOL.
