超声二维应变成像对1例心脏再同步化治疗患者的疗效评估
摘要
男性患者,67岁,反复胸闷、心悸4年,加重半月余于2012年5月5日入院。临床诊断：冠心病、心力衰竭（Ⅲ）、心律失常、房颤频发房早射频消融术后、完全性左束支传导阻滞、高血压病2级（极高危）、2型糖尿病、前列腺增生、右肾结石。术前CDFI：LA40 mm;LV51 mm;IVS14 mm;VPW13 mm;侧壁、前间隔、心尖运动减低;中度三尖瓣关闭不全、RVSP32 mmHg;EF：0.46。
