糖尿病患者生命质量与临床客观指标的关系

Relationship of quality of life with clinical objective parameters in patients with diabetes mellitus the application of QLICD-MD

目的:分析糖尿病(DM)患者生命质量(QOL)与临床客观指标之间的关系。方法 :采用糖尿病患者QOL测定量表QLICD-DM(V1.0)正式版,调查糖尿病患者159例,分析患者一般情况、临床客观指标与QOL得分的关系。结果:生理功能领域得分的影响指标有球蛋白、血红蛋白和尿液免疫球蛋白G;心理功能领域得分的影响指标有嗜碱性粒细胞、尿胆原和尿液白蛋白;社会功能领域得分的影响指标有钾和谷氨酰胺转肽酶;特异模块领域得分的影响指标有AST/ALT;量表总分的影响指标有嗜碱性粒细胞和尿胆原。结论:临床客观指标在一定程度上可以反映QOL得分情况。

Objective To analyze the relationship between quality of life （QOL） and clinical objective parameters in patients with diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods 159 patients with DM were investigated by QOL measurement scale QLICD-DM （V1.0） formal version for DM, and the data were used to analyze the relationships of the general situations, clinical objective parameters with the QOL scores. Results The influencing indicators on the domain of physical function were globulin and hemoglobin in sera, and immunoglobulin G in urine ; those on the domain of psychological function were basophils in sera, urobilinogen and albumin in urine ; those on the domain of social function were potassium and y-glutamyl transpeptidase; those on the specific module were AST/ALT; and those of the total scores were basophils and urobilinogen. Conclusion The clinical objective parameters could reflect the QOL scores in a certain extent.
