摘要
企业培训是企业人力资源管理的重要内容,是企业生存与可持续发展的源泉。然而,当前我国大多数中小企业的培训还比较薄弱。本文分析总结出我国中小企业存在培训意义认识不到位、培训机构不健全、培训制度不规范等问题,认为要用全新的理念和眼光来看待并支持企业的培训工作,提出应提升培训在企业管理中的作用和地位、完善企业培训体系、做好企业培训需求分析等对策建议,以最终实现员工与企业的共同发展。
Corporate training is an important part of corporate human resource management and a source of corporate survival and sus- tainable development. However, the trainings of majority of our SMEs are still relatively weak. This paper analyzes the ex- isting problems of our SMEs like insufficient understandings of training significance, unsound training institutions and non-standard training systems, suggests to recognize and support corporate trainings, and proposes some suggestions of en- hancing the role of training in enterprise management, improving the enterprise training system and conducting corporate training demand analyses as to ultimately achieve the mutual development of employees and enterprises.
