摘要
以高精度FA型针摆传动的FA45-29二齿差机型为基础,通过研究采用"等效代换"的理论和方法,基于等距修形的单修形方式,以保证几何回差最小为目标进行编程,优化设计出的一齿差摆线轮齿廓取代两齿差齿廓,使其在有效传力齿数的啮合区内与原齿廓两者误差在允许的范围内,并计算出该代换齿廓的间隙值分布与齿面受力情况,并通过有限元仿真对理论分析结果进行了验算分析,确定该代换齿廓在既保证较小齿侧间隙的同时,又可以保证承载能力。
Based on FA45 -29 two-teeth difference model driven by high-precision FA type pin, through research on the theo- ry and method of equivalent substitution, based on single modifica- tion of equidistance, through programming with the purpose of mini- mizing the geometric return difference, this paper optimally designs cyeloidal gear tooth profile with one tooth difference instead of two- teeth difference, so that the error with the original tooth profile is within the allowed scope in the meshing zone of effective transmis- sion tooth number. Distribution of gap value and stress on tooth sur- face of the replacing tooth profile is calculated. The theoretical a- nalysis results are checked and analyzed through the finite element simulation. It is determined that the replacing tooth profile ensures small backlash in circular tooth, and the bearing capacity is guaran- teed.
