摘要 微纳空心镍球作为一种新型功能材料有着广阔的应用背景,目前的制备方法工艺复杂。针对火花放电制备微纳空心镍球的工艺研究过程中存在的问题,运用TRIZ理论的冲突解决理论和物场分析方法对电火花制备微纳空心镍球的技术提出一种改进方法———超声电火花复合加工。在这种方法中,使用了旋转多电极加工方法,以期产生更多的蚀除量,利用超声空化技术使工作液中产生更多的气泡,并使用曝气装置来有效地控制气泡的大小。 As a kind of new function materials, Micro-Nano hollow Ni sphere has an extensive application prospect. However, current preparation method of this technology is always complicated. Aim at solving the problems during research process of preparing Micro-Nano hollow Ni spheres with spark discharge, this thesis pro- posed a novel method for improvement. Based on TRIZ theory of conflict resolution theory and substance-field analysis, ultrasonic assisted electro discharge machining has been born and put forwar- ded at the right moment. In this solution, a multi electrode rotating processing method is focused on using to produce more removal. Additionally, the ultrasonic cavitation technology enables the work- ing fluid to produce more bubbles, and it also uses the aeration de- vice to effectively control the bubbles'size.
