摘要
捣固站是清洁型机焦设备的核心部分,其性能直接影响整套设备的使用。为了解产品的动态性能,对固定式捣固站进行了动态测试。在建立捣鼓站结构动力学数学模型的基础上,介绍了捣鼓站动态测试方法和参数,通过对结构动态应力、转矩、捣固锤加速度、捣固电机电流等测试结果的分析,对其动态性能进行了研究。阐述了设计应考虑冲击、夹紧力等因素对设备性能的影响。
Tamping station is the core of cleaning coking ma- chine. To know the dynamic performance of the fixed tamping sta- tion, a dynamic test was made. Based on building of structure dy- namic model, the test and analysis methods are introduced. By the analyzing to the test results, such as dynamic stress, shaft torque, tamping acceleration, motor current, the dynamic performances of the fixed tamping station are studied. It is proven that shock and clamping force must be taken into account in designing.
