摘要 针对具有水平面八方向对称特点的环形机件进行参数的测量,以视觉测量理论为基础,根据其俯视图建立对应的二维模型,在较高成像质量的光源条件下获取图像并分析其灰度直方图的双峰特性确定其二值图像的阈值,高效精确的提取机件的边缘并以此为基础计算得到环形机件基于平面图的有效边界,通过在世界坐标系之内对边界像素的最小二乘法的拟合精确得到环形机件二维图像的内径和外径。考察检测结果,较之传统仪器测量而言更加快速、精确地考察了环状机件的诸多重要参数。 Parameters of ring part with features of horizontal symmetry on eight orientations has been measured.Based on vision measurement theory,corresponding 2D model has been built on its vertical view.Images have been gotten on condition of light source with higher image quality.Bimodal characters of grey-histogram have been analyzed to ascertain threshold of binary image.Part fringe has been gotten with high efficiency and preciseness.In quick succession,effective boundary of ring part based on horizontal plan has been calculated.The internal diameter and outer diameter of 2D image of ring part has been accurately gotten after fitted boundary picture element of least squares method.The results show that many important parameters of ring part measured more quickly and accurately compared with traditional measuring instrument.
