国外资本流入与空间集聚:基于经济自由程度差异的分析

FDI and Spatial Agglomeration: Based on the Analysis on the Difference of Economic Freedom

本文将FDI和城市人口空间集聚问题相联系,将FDI对城市人口集聚的影响落实到传导机制的研究中来,着重探讨FDI对城市人口集聚和城市规模的促进作用,以及这一传导机制与不同国家经济自由程度的关系。我们使用1980-2011年139个国家的数据进行实证检验,发现这种传导机制的作用是非常显著的,且这种显著性受制于各国的经济自由程度。这对于进一步优化城市发展结构、改善城市发展环境、提高城市发展潜力及政府的相关政策制定具有重要意义。

This paper connects FDI with the spatial agglomeration of urban population and puts the effect of FDI on the agglomeration of urban population in the research on conduction mechanism.It focuses on the promoting role played by FDI in the agglomeration of urban population and urban scale and the relationship between the conduction mechanism and the economic freedom of different countries.We use the data of 139 countries from 1980 to 2011 to conduct positive test and find that the role of the conduction mechanism is significant and the significance is enslaved to the economic freedom of each country.It is of great significance for further optimizing urban development structure,improving urban development environment,raising urban development potential and making the relevant governmental policies.
