低剂量技术在CT冠状动脉成像中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察低剂量技术用于宝石CT冠状动脉成像的效果。方法将120例拟行CT冠状动脉造影(CTA)的患者随机分为A、B、C三组各40例,其中A组采用常规曝光条件(120 kV,210 mAs),图像重建采用滤过反投影(FBP)重建算法,B组曝光条件(120 kV),采用ECG管电流调控技术,图像重建采用滤过反投影(FBP)重建算法,C组曝光条件(120 kV),采用ECG管电流调控技术,图像重建采用适应性统计迭代重建(ASIR)技术,将ASIR权重值设定为4O%。观察三组图像质量评分及有效剂量(ED)。结果三组图像质量评分无显著差异,但ED在C组<B组<A组,B组与A组比较平均降低辐射剂量约34%,C组与B组比较平均降低辐射剂量约36%,C组与A组比较平均降低辐射剂量约68%,两两比较P均<0.05。结论在冠状动脉CTA检查中采用ECG管电流调控技术,适应性统计迭代重建(ASIR)技术,能够在保证图像质量的前提下降低患者所受辐射剂量,其中采用ECG管电流调控技术结合适应性统计迭代重建(ASIR)技术,效果尤为明显。
