摘要
为探讨绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)作用于胃腺癌细胞后的信号传递机制,我们对hCG对胃腺癌SGC7901细胞胞浆内cAMP含量的影响进行了观察。结果显示:当hCG的浓度由10-11 mol/L增加到10-6 mol/L时,胞内cAMP的水平从2.1 pmol/mg蛋白增至约10 pmol/mg蛋白(P<0.01),与对照组相比有显著性差别(P<0.01)。同时,此效应还具有时间依赖性,即随着hCG作用时间的延长,胞内cAMP的含量逐渐升高,30分钟时基本达到饱和。上述结果提示,hCG与胃癌细胞受体结合后,可能通过激活腺苷酸环化酶/cAMP信号传递途径而发挥作用。
The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of hCG on cellular cAMP levels in gastric adenocarcinoma cells(SGC-7901). Radioimmunoassay was used. The results showed that hCG obviously increased cAMP levels in SGC-7 901 cells in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. When the concentratio n of hCG increased from 10-11 mol/L to 10-6 mol/L, the cellular c AMP levels increased from about 2.1 pmol/mg protein to about 10 pmol/mg protein and were significantly different from the control(P<0.01). These results sugge st that hCG possibly exerts its effects on gastric cancer cells by activating adenyl yl cyclase/cAMP signal transduction pathway.
